2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake referrals
• Spam other agents
• Violate DRE regulations

3. No Warranty

WarmRefer does not guarantee referral quality. Agents must vet partners independently.

4. No Compensation Involvement

WarmRefer does not participate in, arrange, or manage referral compensation. Agents are solely responsible for ensuring any compensation agreements comply with:

• California DRE regulations
• RESPA (if applicable)
• State laws where the referred transaction occurs

By using this platform, you agree WarmRefer has no liability for compensation disputes.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Misconduct between agents
• Referrals that don't close

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law.
